The winter schools, where students learn by having fun with innovative approaches in four different areas, were held in 81 provinces this year for the first time. There was great demand for these courses. Approximately 250 thousand students attended the winter school, which was carried out with 14 thousand teachers at 5,845 course centers.

 

More than 22 thousand courses were opened in 81 provinces in the winter school, which took place with the intense participation of students. The participating students stated that they left the courses very happy, and while they were completing their deficiencies, the courses were very instructive and entertaining. Students from 2nd grade to 12th grade benefited from science and art courses in 55 different workshops at BİLSEMs. In this context, 55 different workshops on robotics, artificial intelligence, software development, aviation and space, renewable energy, scientific research techniques and mind games were brought together with students from different regions in Türkiye.

 

Reminding that they opened summer schools for the first time last summer as the Ministry of National Education, Minister Özer stated that they opened winter schools in the fields of science, art, mathematics and English during the semester holiday. Stating that approximately 250 thousand students benefited from these courses, Özer emphasized that they will always stand by the students by implementing different practices in order to provide them with quality education.
