The Contact Center World (CCW) organizes international contact center industry awards every year in various different categories.

 

International jurists made up of sector professionals make detailed assessments based on service quality of contact/call centers, basic performance indicators and specialties of the centers. With the purpose of maintaining the impartiality principle, contestants are assessed by jurists from different countries.

 

The award has two stages; regionals and world finals. MEBİM won the gold medal in "Best Contact Center '' in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions where more than 2000 contestants from 80 countries competed.

 

Finally, MEBİM managed to win the gold medal during the world finals which was organized online due to the pandemic on January 31 in the medium scale "Best Contact Center of the World '' category.
